Functions and Features:
1, Chain feeding model with a clutch between the working table and unit creates convenient gravure registering.
2, Motorized detachment and combination; pneumatic locking and loosening of printing units; automatic ink distribution and pneumatic brake separation orientation;
3, Printing and slotting phase is adjusted by mechanical 360o phase adjustment facilities; option of planetary-gear electric phase, shown by digit.
4, Whole machine uses the gear pumping automatic lubrication.
5, Ink roller and printing pressing roller are connected by cross slide to ensure steady transmission.
6, All axles and rollers are plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
7, The whole machine adopts the electric parts from CHINT and DELIXI;
8, Whole machine bearing is from the Harbine Bearing Group.
